A New Partnership

Jean Block Consulting, Inc. and KWP Consulting & Mediation LLC are thrilled to announce that we are turning our ongoing collaboration into a formal partnership. While maintaining separate organizations, we are working together to bring unique and essential training to nonprofits for their organizational success. 

Jean's years of experience with strengthening and guiding boards of directors and nonprofits, along with her book The Invisible Yellow Line, will combine with Kate's legal, nonprofit, and conflict resolution expertise. Kate’s experience has ranged from litigator to mediator to nonprofit executive. Her unique perspective on conflict resolution and organizational management offers a perfect complement for The Invisible Yellow Line and the ABCs of Building Better Boards. Offerings include full and half-day workshops on board governance, CEO and board relations, conflict management, and strategic planning.
